This ingenious product increases the capacity of your wheelbarrow byup to 300% – which means fewer trips back & forth for you! Carry large loads of leaves, lawn clippings or brush with ease. The 14” tall collar has an elastic cuff that fits snugly over the rim of wheelbarrows from 90” to 114” in circumference (which covers most makes/ models). The tarp is made from UV-stabilized, reinforced polyethylene, with heavy stitching for added strength & a rolled edge for added rigidity. The skirt is woven Polyester & rubber.
