Details: This Carlisle 607192 DuraPan ninth-size anti-jam food pan has a 0.6-qt. capacity and is suitable for preparing, holding, and serving foods. Food pans, also known as hotel pans, may be placed in a chafing dish, food well, or steam table for food service. It is made of 18-8 stainless steel for strength and resistance to heat and corrosion. It has reinforced corners and an impact-resistant edge for holding its shape. The tapered shape allows two or more pans to be nested for storage without jamming. The corners inside the pan are rounded for scooping out food and for cleaning. This food pan meets NSF International standards for use in food handling and processing and is dishwasher-safe. It measures 2.5 x 4.25 x 6.88 inches (H x W x L).
