The non-stick 3.0 Liter capacity cooking tank is coated steel which provides durability and is removable for quick clean up. The steel cooking/strainer basket comes with a built-in drain hook to ensure quick and easy draining before serving and has a folding handle which stores inside the basket when not in use. The steel cooking tank lid has a filter and a window for convenient viewing while cooking.
