The brass connector is a booster elbow, which is paired with the fuel torque disc that you buy to increase boost pressure. Just follow the rubber hose coming out of the wastegate back to the turbine housing, and then replace the old elbow with a new one. Fix it tightly on the old torque plate with parts, and lock it in place with 2 screws. Then remove the old torque plate, and install the new torque plate in exactly the same position, close to the silver plate and tighten the screws. After installing the new torque plate and reassembling the case, please remove the silver plate and the two screws fixing the silver plate. The silver plate is used because sliding the fuel torque plate forward or backward will increase or decrease fuel output. Therefore, it can keep the new fuel torque disc in place and use it in combination with the new booster elbow, so you don’t need to adjust the AFC housing.
