How to activate the fitness tracker?
-Remove the wristband and it plug into any USB power. Charge for 5 minutes or touch the button for 3 seconds to activate.

Why is there no charger included? -The charger isn’t included. You can conveniently use any USB charging port such as your laptop or phone charger.

How to sync the tracker to your phone -Download and install the Runmifit App and agree to terms and conditions to obtain the permission of the mobile phone. Enable Bluetooth and connect Wristband via the App and not in the phone setting. Then it will automatically synchronize the time to the tracker.

Why the fitness tracker couldn’t be charged? -Please make sure you have correctly plugged into the USB charging port.If you plugged it in a reverse way, the fitness tracker would not receive the power.

Why does the fitness tracker stop tracking heart rate? -When measuring the heart rate or blood pressure, keep the person at rest, keep the bottom of the bracelet close to the arm and do not shake the arm while measuring. Also, when wearing the fitness tracker, make sure it’s not too loose or too tight as it may affect the accuracy of the reading.

How can I set up the tracker to alert me when I receive calls or text? – You have to pair the watch to your Bluetooth on your phone. When a call or text comes through, it will signal your phone

Is the step count data accurate? -A three-axis accelerometer is used on the wristband and each acceleration of the human body is converted into steps. The error is about 2% and this is normal for deviation.
