About the Author
Dr. Basanta Kumara Behera was a professor of biotechnology at three distinguished Indian universities, where he had been regularly associated with teaching and research at post graduate level courses on medical biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, microbial process development, drug designing, bio-energy management and biomass processing technology since 1978. In 2009 he joined a MNS company as advisor for specialty chemicals production and drug design through microbial process technology. Prof. Behera is associated with national and international companies as a technical advisor to produce biopharmaceuticals under cGMP norms. Dr. Behera has authored books with various publisher worldwide
Dr. Ram Prasad is an Associate Professor, School of Life Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi Central University. His expertise is in microbial biotechnology. He has won several awards including Award for Research Excellence (6th Academic Brilliance Awards). He was included in the Most Top Cited Authors in 2018 (reported by Stanford University in 2021). He is a member of many scientific committees, published ~146 research articles, contributed ~30 book chapters, is an editorial board member of several journals in microbiology and biotechnology and belongs to several committees abroad.
