Details: The boulder nfz is a traditional hiking sock that has exactly what you need: durability, comfort, all-season versatility and the added benefit of our no fly zone insect repellent technology. Outer plaiting construction gives it durability and that classic Hiker look, while placing more body yarn next to the skin for improved wicking and insulation. Full-density padding along the instep and up the shaft makes it comfortable to wear with lace-up hiking boots. 100% American-grown Merino wool provides excellent thermal regulation and natural resistance to bacteria and odor build-up. Reinforced construction and low-stress seam placement reduce wear and tear, increasing the life of the sock. Last but perhaps most important, our epa registered contact insect repellent is effective against mosquitoes, ticks, ants, chiggers, flies, and midges providing extra protection against insect borne diseases and discomfort. To ensure long-lasting comfort and fit, Farm to Feet socks should be machine washed cold and laid flat to dry.
