HOW TO USE:
1. Determine the desired paper size that needs to be cut and move the positioning block to the target scale on the surface.
2. Open the movable blade from the right side and remove it from the safety lock. Please remember to buckle it back after use, which prevent accidents (like a child’s finger is cut while playing).
3. Push the paper to the left to the black positioning block and confirm that the paper is placed accurately.
4. Press the paper with your left hand (pressing the paper to prevent it from deviating), grab the handle with your right hand while pushing slightly to the left and cut down quickly. Note that don’t get your fingers close to the blade to avoid injury. (Pushing slightly to the left is to increase the frictional engagement of the two blades, the strength depends on the amount of paper you cut. It is recommended not to exceed 10 sheets).
