Each are independent of each other through the use of dual pedals and lids. If you’re needing to keep the lid(s) open for multiple usages, simply tap the lid back once opened to keep it from shutting down. Otherwise, the lid(s) will silently and slowly shut back down thanks to the ergonomically designed hinge mechanism.
