- Installation Suggestion: Work with 2.4 GHz, it is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the smart deadbolt is no more than 26ft (8 meters), otherwise the connectivity of the gateway will be affected. Please note that when adding a gateway, please ensure that your smart phone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
