Open your photo with 【Paint】
Press Ctrl+P to bring up the Printing window
Select the printer name and then click 【Preference】
Select the right 【paper size & orientation】in 【Page Setup】
Change Dithering in 【ordered】in 【Graphics】

Note: Change the printing speed in 【Options】to 50.8mm/s will make the printing quality even better.
