For HDMI interface: Touch function will be available only if you connect the USB to USB Type C cable to your INNOCN device.

For USB Type C interface: Please make sure with your output device provider the type C protocol is one of DisplayPort 1.2/1.4, or Thunderbolt 3/4. and make sure USB Type C on your device can transmit video signal. Other Type C protocol or fake Type C device is not compatible with this INNOCN dual monitor.
