I bought this muddler to crush berries to mix with non-fat yogurt for a diabetic diet. I use it every morning. It can be tough to clean berry guts out of the “teeth” if you let it dry and harden, but soaking the business end in hot water (or cleaning it promptly) helps. It’s also nice that the muddler is dishwasher safe.

Never thought I needed a cocktail muddler but some drinks call for muddling sugar etc. and I love having every gadget. This works very well, easy to clean and it’s sturdy. Plus, my NYC bartender Nephew gave it his seal of approval. Glad I purchased it. I rinse it by hand, don’t know how it would hold up in the dishwasher.
