Answer:
1. Please remove the protective film on from charging pin of earphone before use, then put the earbuds for power on to use and charge.
2. Please make sure both earphones have power. If they don’t connect automatically, charge for charging case and earbuds first, then pick them from the charging case and they will connect automatically.
