- Wire your fan to the motor switch, then wire the switch to your RV; Ensure that the wires connect black to black (grounds) and the other wires connect together; Save your old fan blades – Pull on the hub (center part of blades) off the shaft and push blade center hub back on the new motor shaft (Flat side on motor shaft used to align hole in hub and slide on); mounting screws and fan blade not included
