Details: The poems in “Made For This” were written during a particularly difficult life challenge. Writing and sharing my poetry was a way for me to heal. As I healed, I realized that the poems I was writing weren’t only meant for me. The messages in the poems provide a way to help others heal from their own trials and hardships. We’re all going to face life-changing events that make us feel helpless and alone. The goal and purpose of these poems is to help others realize that the ability to heal is already within them. These poems helped me to heal, rise up to the challenges in front of me, be bold in my choices, and have faith that there is a plan greater than my own. I hope they do the same for you.
