This Olympic barbell includes several grips for different exercises, including raised and knurled handles. The knurled handles are available on both sides of the weight bar for a better grip. The raised and regular handles are suitable for muscle workouts, deadlifts, shrugs, farmer’s walk, or squats.

The weight lifting bar is made of heavy-duty steel with a chrome-plated finish to avoid rusting. The squat bar is compatible with 2″ Diameter Hole Olympic Plates, and even beginners can use it easily.
