1.Separate the smaller and bigger size balloons for easier arranging later.
2.Use a hand pump or electric pump to inflate all balloons. Electric pump works best if you have one. Balloons should be about three quarters full for a nice round shape.
3.Start with the bigger balloons, and simply pull the end of the balloon through the holes in the balloon strip.
4.Use smaller balloons and glue dots to fill in the “gaps” to give the arch a full look.
5.Tape the hooks on the wall. Cut enough string to tie a knot around the decorative balloon strip, then hang your arch to the wall hooks.
