NIIMBOT Tips：
1. The printer only loads paper without printing contents.
(1) Check whether the print paper is reversed.
(2) Please use NIIMBOT label tape. Please set the correct label size for example: 12mm * 40mm (0.5in * 1.6in).
Please set the correct print density for printing.
(3)Please use your mobile phone to connect to the label maker via Bluetooth first. If the label
maker is out of power, you can use the phone’s charger and our data cable to charge label maker.
(4)Because the machine has English Chinese Korean Japanese. . . Please switch to the language you need.
2. Blurry printing.
(1) Check the print density whose default value is 2 for the best printing effect.
(2) If the prints have a horizontal line or only some of contents can be printed, check if the print head is clogged and clean it with alcohol.
(3) If the print quality is poor, please use NiiMbot printer paper senies.
3. The printer keeps delivering paper and cannot be stopped.
(1) Check the default paper type. Only NiiMbot exclusive themal paper can be used.

(2) If neither of the problems above occur, open the paper bin and close it before restarting.
