How to use it:
A. Lock the spring in the bottom container
B. Place the tofu in the green inner tub
C. Put the inner tub on the spring in the bottom container
D. Place the lid on top of the tofu
E. With one hand pressing the lid, clip the buckle with the other hand
F. Leave in the fridge for the desired length of time. When you have finished pressing, pour away the water, release the clips and remove your pressed tofu.
