No need to purchase a mounting bracket since the cap has the mounting bracket built in. A cartridge is not supplied with this system, so you can customize it to your filtration requirements by using any number of OMNIFilter cartridges to filter sediment, dirt, sand, rust particles, chlorine, tastes and odors.
