WHY CHOOSE SANSNOW
Cast Iron Pipe
Sansnow choose 0.05″ galvanized pipe and the link is 0.1″ thick cast iron, which can achieve a good load-bearing capacity. It not only has a more industrial appearance, also the service life will be longer, never worry about deformation
Unique Paint Process
Every different parts use different processes to ensure it is rust-proof. We use the baking paint process both sides of the pipe. The link is cast iron and the wire can not be galvanized, so we use electrophoretic paint in these two parts
Chinese Fir
We use solid wood instead of fiberboard, better load-bearing capacity. Most wood product are made of fiberboard, it is easily deformed in a short time , that’s why we choose Chinese fir, it will never deform
Easy to install
1)Screw all the parts together when you receive it. Use the level provided to ensure two marks is level
2)Choose a location to install, use the level to help you ensure the shelf is level, then mark the points though the holes on the flange
3)Drill holes in the wall vertically on marks, the holes’ diameter and depth need slightly smaller and slightly deeper than the wall anchors’. Place anchor into the holes with hammer, ensure the anchors are resting flat against wall
4)Align the bracket with the punched hole, then fixing screws tightly and finish installation
Noted:
Please allow a little color or texture difference due to hand-polished process. Clean with a dry cloth, don’t use sharp object to clean, it will damage the protective layer on the surface and affect the service life.
