FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1.Question: Why it is not accurate sometimes?

Answer: Detection depth and accuracy may vary due to moisture, content of materials, wall texture, and paint. Our stud finder may not detect live AC wires if wires are more than 2 in. (51 mm) from the scanned surface.

2.Question: Why it doesn’t work on the plaster wall?

Answer: Since of irregularities in plaster thickness, our stud finder may not locate studs in “STUD MODES”. Please try “METAL MODE” to locate the studs.
