DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: These unique plates are constructed from Cast Iron steel and surrounded by a rubber coating exterior with a matte black finish. These firm plates may be a tight fit on the barbell sleeve at first, but after a few uses, the rubber will wear a touch, making them easier to slide on and off.
DIMENSIONS: The 35 LB Grip Plate, sold as a single plate, measures 368 mm in diameter with a 45 mm thickness. The collar opening features a 50.6 mm diameter making them compatible with Olympic barbells.
