We received some customers’ negative reviews said that our dish rack is easy to rust, we found that all the same reason cause this issue happened is that the thick surface plastic powder coated was broken by incorrect use, here have some tips to avoid this issue happened, let our dish rack use longer.

1. Clean with soft cloth, not need brush.

2. DO NOT throw the silverware sharp side into the utensils basket, the sharp side point up, though our plastic surface is 4mm thick, if throw the sharp items into the dish rack or basket, the protective plastic coated surface will be broken bit by bit even though it have 4mm thick. That is the main reason why the plastic peeled off and the dish rack go rust quickly

3. DO NOT put in dishwasher, we are sorry to tell you that our dish rack is not dishwasher safe. Any kind dish rack, if it is not made of stainless steel, it would go rust soon if put in dishwasher.

4. DO NOT squeeze this dish rack into your kitchen sink, if our dish rack really not match your sink, we don’t suggest you squeeze it into the sink forcibly, it may appear work well in some days, but longer the surface would be damaged by squeezing.

As long as the surface would not be damaged, this dish rack could use very long. Not just few month.
