Details: When dry, UltraGlow Paint is permanent and water-resistant. Simply Expose UltraGlow Paint to Sunlight (or bright light) for at least one full minute or up to 15 minutes to fully activate its glow properties (after 15 minutes of light exposure the paint is fully charged – any additional light exposure does not have any added effect). The longer it is exposed to light, the longer and brighter the afterglow will be. UltraGlow reaches it maximum ‘charge’ in about 10 to 15 minutes of bright white light. Incandescent light is not recommended for charging – sunlight, fluorescent light or UV light produces the best results. UV light (Blacklight) will charge the material up about twice as fast. UltraGlow Paint can be used as a Fluorescent Paint. That is, it will glow at full brilliance under UV light as long as the UV light is shining on it.
