Q: When you install and test during the day, the lights don’t work.
A: Normally during the day, this light does not work. If the user really needs to test during the day, please move the car to the underground garage or tunnel or in low ambient lighting conditions. Because this light will be turned on synchronously with the headlight, and the headlight is turned off during the day (or when the light intensity is high).

Q: The lights still don’t work when the car is moved to an underground parking garage or in a dimly lit environment.
A: Please check whether the connection of each part is good first, especially the connection of the main controller on the passenger side.

Q: The light is dimmer or inconsistent brightness.
A1:The brightness in APP control is not adjusted to the maximum.
A2:The contact between the light strip and the lamp head is not tight enough.

NOTICE: For energy saving and environmental protection, our car interior ambient lights will only turn on in low ambient lighting conditions. And before using it, the “Ambient Light” button on the touchscreen must be turned on.
