This flush valve provides a bypass to purge contaminates in the membrane housing and rapidly power flushing any particulates from the membrane surface. The Quick Connect ports allows for an easy Push-In installation with no tools. The iFilters flush valve works with any standard 50Gallon/75Gallon RO or DI system of any size. Flushing your membrane for 15-30 seconds at every filter change out is recommended to remove any carbon particles from the new filters. 100% compatible with all standard RO systems using 1/4″ tubing
